About DISCOVER-ATTR

DISCOVER-ATTR is a research study and national registry for adults with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy, also called ATTR-CM, which is a form of amyloidosis that impacts the heart. The goal of the registry is to learn more about people living with ATTR-CM, including their health experiences, care, and outcomes over time.

The study is completed remotely. If you enroll, you will be asked to complete an Enrollment Questionnaire. You will also be asked if you would like to share health information from your patient portal and, if applicable, from a smartphone or wearable device.

To qualify for enrollment, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have been diagnosed with ATTR-CM
  • Be able to read and understand English
  • Have access to the internet to complete study activities
  • Currently live in the United States
